The Barn at Harvest Moon Pond Wedding | Amanda and Kurt

Amanda and Kurt are a fun and easy going couple! They had a great group of close-knit friends. We love how each friend said a little something special during the speeches. Amanda and Kurt also danced with each friend and their spouse for an organized dance. That was a great way to honor their friendships!

South Second Milwaukee WI Wedding | Aubrey & Colin

Aubrey & Colin got married at the lovely South Second in Milwaukee Wisconsin. That venue was a first for us and they did not disappoint. Colin and Aubrey had Disney weaved throughout their whole relationship story and wedding style. A wedding, including Disney elements, can quickly get cheesy. I would have to say that Aubrey and Colin did a wonderful job making their wedding design elegant and very memorable!

Backyard Wedding Bliss | Laura & Keaton

Have we ever mentioned how much we love backyard weddings?!?! Here at Palette of Light we absolutely love the exclusivity and personalization of a backyard wedding! Theres no venue that compares to the natural light of a white tent and the sunset glowing in from the tent posts. Our midwest unpredictable weather makes it a bit of a gamble to have an outdoor wedding. Although, It is well worth it in our opinion. You’d never know that it was pouring rain that morning and there were tornado watches in the evening! They had a perfect day!

Ashley and Riley had a beautiful wedding day this summer at the Klehm Arboretum and Botanic Gardens in Rockford Illinois! This couple was highly organized and they were able to truly be present in every moment of their day…which we LOOOOVE! Ashley and Riley radiate joy! You can see their playful love in every photo and video clip. We had a blast documenting their day! We wish them many blessings and maybe a few more suprise trips in the future!!! <3
